| This series of dust collector is specially designed for cleaning large wind rate flue gas. It is a kind of dust collector not only with high efficiency and large treatment capacity, but also economic, reliable, and easy to use. It is one of the ten national recommended new techniques during the “Nine-Fifth”. It is suitable for cleaning large wind rate flue gas of metallurgy, mechanical, chemical engineering and building material industry, such as the dust collection of flue gas from electric furnace (Guangzhou Steel Company, Zhujiang Steel Company), boiler (paper-mill, monosodium glutamate factory), rubbish incinerator and cement vertical kiln (Huadu Xinhua Cement Factory). The Equipment has the following features: (1)High-energy efficiency, low energy consumption: Pulse valve has a low resistance, a strong ability of dust cleaning and is fast in open and close. The components of the jet-blowing system have excellent aerodynamic features. By using the induction jet of the bag mouth directly, no jet exhauster is needed, therefore the jet blowing pressure is only 1.5-2.5kg/cm2, the jet blowing time is shorten to .065-.085s. The operational energy consumption is lower than the reverse-wind bag collector. As for the cleaning of flue gas with high concentration and high humidity, it still has fairly good dust collection efficiency; (2) Long filtration bag: the length of the filtration bag is 6 m, and can be increased advisably. This has breakthrough the bag length limit of conventional pulse bag dust collector. It has good dust collection efficiency and takes up limit floor space; (3) Simple fixation form of the filtration bag: The filtration bag with stretched sealing ring sewed the mouth of the bag, is embedded to the pattered plate. It is easy to dismount the filtration bag, and it can reduce the chance for the serviceman to get in touch of the dirty bag; (4) Advanced controlling technique: With the real time control of computer on the operation parameters like temperature and the dust cleaning control of the collector, the equipment is with complete function and highly reliable.(5) Strong treatment capacity: The maximum treating wind-rate of the dust collector is 110m3/h. There are 3 models in this series, that is CDD、CDY、andCDL, with 20 specifications. |
