1、FSRJTL Integrative Equipment series for black smoke removal and desulfurization(black smoke treatment device,dust collector, desulfurization, environmental protection device) (Patented product, legal duty will be looked into for fraudulently copy)
⑴FSRJTL(black smoke treatment device)mainly deal with the high-temperature low- specific resistance oily- fine soot dust(GWDZHY for short)
    1)Soot caused by uncompleted combustion of diesel oil and heavy oil, like kitchen oven using diesel oil and heavy oil, heating boiler, small generator. Soot is caused because of the uncompleted combustion, due to reason of the facilities itself or the quality of diesel oil and heavy oil.
    2)Soot caused by the burning of material like rubber, asphalt and plastic, e.g. Black smoke from furnace for medical waste, combustion production places for rubber and asphalt.
    3)Soot caused by the combustion of wood, saw dust, e.g. saw dust from wood factory used as boiler fuel, light joss sticks in temples of Buddhism
    4)Soot caused by the burning of organic textile like cloth and silk, e.g. black smoke from crematorium incinerator and burning clothes of the death for memorial events
    5)Black smoke caused by special process of industry: e.g. soot and black smoke occurred in the quench hardening process using oil as media; black smoke caused by the burning of mould oil during mould casting; residue left on the filtration net will caused black smoke when being burned;
    6)Large amount of oily soot dust and black smoke occurred when barbecue on carbon barbecue oven,
⑵The features of the high-temperature low- specific resistance oily- fine soot dust (GWDZHY) is as follow
    1)High temperature soot : usually the temperature ranges from 223℃ to 300℃, in some cases, the working condition will reaches 500℃
    2)Fine particles: usually the size ranges from 0.01 to 0.1μm
    3)The main content of soot are mainly carbon black and oil, the specific resistance is low, usually ≤103Ωm.
    4)The soot residue are usually oily substance, sometimes are oil itself. Therefore, the soot has the features of oily and hydrophobic.
    5)Flue gas contain of corrosive gases like SO2
⑶Properties of FSRJTL (black smoke treatment device)
    1)FSRJTL(black smoke treatment device)has high integrative efficiency in smoke removal and desulfurization. The efficiency of dust removal is ≧99%, and the efficiency of desulfurization is ≧90%.
    2)FSRJTL(black smoke treatment device) is suitable for flue gas with high-temperature oily fine particle dust.
    3)Most of the odor caused by the waste gas can also be eliminated by FSRJTL(black smoke treatment device).
    4)No secondary pollution
    5)The Operation of FSRJTL ((black smoke treatment device) is electrical automatically controlled and maintenance can be done through electrical field automatic self-cleaning process, therefore it is very easy to operate and maintain.
    6)FSRJTL((black smoke treatment device) is made up of all stainless steel or stainless steel+ anticorrosive material. With it’s good anticorrosive for acid and alkali, it is durable. The average life-span is≧8-10years.As for special requirements, special material can be used to enlarge life span.
    7)FSRJTL((black smoke treatment device) is a vertical type device with compact structure and little floor space is needed, therefore it has the advantage of saving floor space, which is suitable for technology-reform projects.
    8)FSRJTL((black smoke treatment device) mainly made up of light-weighted stainless steel, so it is light and can be installed on roof. It is of great advantage for projects with small enclosure space.
Practical Example : the application of FSRJTL(black smoke treatment device)in treating oil-combustion soot of XX factory.

     In the left picture showed the canteen for 1300 staffs of xx factory, before using the FSRJTL equipment (black smoke treatment device),while in the right picture, showed the situation after the FSRJTL equipment(black smoke treatment device)is running.The green arrow showed the position of the vent. From the comparison, you can see the soot removal effects of the FSRJTL (black smoke treatment device)is significance, you can hardly see any soot from your eyes.In 23rd OCT 2003, being monitored by the Dongguan Environmental Monitoring Station, results showed that before treatment, the dust concentration of smoke reached 160mg/Nm3 and SO2 reached 1310mg/Nm3; after treatment, the dust concentration of smoke reduced to 7.20mg/Nm3and SO2 reduced to 30mg/Nm3. The efficiency of dust removal is ≧95.5%, and the efficiency of desulfuration is ≧97.7%, the integrative effects of smoke removal and desulfuration are significance.

    The equipment(black smoke treatment device) is put into operation in 20th JUNE 2003.The diesel oil oven is working periodically, the daily working hours are 12 hours in total. The daily diesel oil consumption is 100kg. During the oven operation, the soot from stack is in high concentration, mainly as a “black dragon’, and has polluted the surrounding environment seriously. The average temperature of the tail gas is about 200℃.The designed waste gas treatment capacity is 2000m3/h; the actual waste gas treated is 15000 m3/h. The amount of soot collected daily is 8-15kg(damp condition), just enough to fill a big black plastic bag (shown in picture 3).
The equipment(black smoke treatment device)is being monitored by the by the Dongguan Environmental Monitoring Station on the 23rd of October 2003,the efficiency of dust removal is ≧95.5%, and the efficiency of desulfurization is ≧97.7%. Data are shown in Table 1. The monitoring report showed that the equipment (black smoke treatment device)has excellent performance in dust collection and desulfurization.
