14、 FSD high-efficiency ESP (dust collector, environmental protection device) series (Instruction Open/download)

These series of ESP was mainly used in the dedusting of flue gases of mines, refinery and cement factory in the early days. Generally, the locations were mostly in remote region, which is far away from towns and cities. As the environmental requirement increases, in the recent 10 years, the FSD series has been widely used in modern cities and towns, and appeared close relationship with people’s daily life. For example the dedusting of boilers located in offices, hospitals, schools, residential quarters; the treatment of dusty air or gaseous pollution from factories of ceramics, chemical engineering, plastics, textiles and furniture, which scattered in towns and industrial districts; dedusting of all kinds of furnaces which are densely surrounded towns, like garbage destructor, kiln hood of brick and tile factory, flue gas from heat power plant of middle to small scale and industrial furnace. In general, the FSD has the following features:

(1)Dust collection efficiency > 99%, with fume and smoke are eliminated at the same time. The ideal effect of no dust, no fume and no smoke can be achieved.
  (2)Reasonable price with durable service life of at least 8-10 years
  (3)Stable operation, no condensation nor creepage occurred, therefore a very low failure rate.
  (4)Low operation fee, belongs to low energy-consumption and high-efficiency product.

In the left picture is the Shaoguan Wengyuan Cement Factory, showing the situation of the 27m vertical kiln when the electrostatic dust collector is shut down. While in the right picture, showing the situation when the electrostatic dust collector is running at level 8. From the comparison, you can see the dust removal effect of the electrostatic dust collector is significance. In 11th JAN 2002, being monitored by the Shaoguan Environmental Monitoring Station, results showed that before dust collection, the dust concentration reached 2924mg/Nm3; while after treatment, the dust concentration reduced to 57.60mg/Nm3and 55.1mg/Nm3. The efficiency of dust removal is ≧98%, the effects of dust removal is significance.

15、FSDS wet- ESP compounded dust collectors (dust collector, environmental protection device) series

    Using the principle of wet process for dust collection, the flue gas is being cooled and damp, while the primary dust collection is done in the meantime. After that, flue gas is introduced into the electrostatic dust collector with a high efficiency in dust collection is maintained. The major advantages are:
  (1)Dust collection efficiency > 99%, with fume and smoke are eliminated at the same time. The ideal effect of no dust, no fume and no smoke can be achieved.
  (2)With the water film formed, dust cleaning is done automatically and no vibration is needed. The problem of the secondary dust emission in electrostatic dust collectors is being solved.
  (3)It is suitable for dust collection of flue gases with non-stable temperature and mostly in the section of high temperature. It can solve the high-temperature problem that bag dust collectors couldn’t overcome, and fill in the blanks in the technology fields.
