    LDC concurrent tube-filter dust collector (dust collector, bag filter, environmental protection device) is the modified model based on foreign DFT tube-filter deduster which is developed by the Company with the consideration of national practice. It is a kind of high-efficiency tube-filter deduster (dust collector, bag filter, environmental protection device). It has the advantages of reasonable structure, high removal rate, strong practicability, limit floor area, prominence energy efficiency, economical investment and easy to maintain. Due to its advantages, the LDC series has been widely used in the industry of building material, light industry, metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical. Compare with the typical bag-filter, it belongs to the products of the new generation.
The major advantages are as follow:
  ·Rigid filtration material evenly folded in forms of tube-filter, which make it of the minimum volume and the largest filtration area.

  ·Another layer of superfine fiber is covered on the common filtration material, which improved the filtration effects essentially. The filtered dust only stay on the outside of the superfine fiber layer, therefore largely reduced the filtration resistance, and save electricity usage up to 30%, which lead to a effective energy efficiency and a thorough deashing. In the meantime, the problems of superfine dust and fiber dust are also being solved .

  ·PTEE filmed filtration material is suitable for damped dusty gases. For the contact angle between water and the filtration material is larger than 108 degree, so the damped powder attached on the filters' surface will not adhibit the filter and being blow off easily, therefore solved the problem of wet dust dew adhibit the filter.

  ·Filtration rate: the dust collection rate of common filtration material for particles over 5μm is 99.9%; filmed filter has the dust collection rate of 99.9% for particles over 0.5μm .

  ·The LCD series ( dust collector, bag filter, environmental protection device ) has more than 20 types of products with the treated wind rate ranged from hundreds m 3 per hour to hundreds thousands m 3 per hour.

    LDC-B mini-type high-efficiency tube-filter integrative dust collectors series for dust removal, noise abatement, and cold-air recovery (tube-filter, dust collector, bag filter, environmental protection device ) is a kind of min-type tube-filter developed specially for dusty source of small wind rate, based on the LCD series. It has the following advantages:

  · Vertical assembly structure is adopted for the tube-filter, which is totally different from the inclined-drawer structure of the LCD.
