This series of collectors have adapted the new socket joint ring-gap jet exhauster and portable up-lip cap. The filtration bags are easy to dismount, therefore reduce the hazard of dust while changing bags. The treatment capacity is large, and the filtration wind rate is 60% higher than the MC model. YA-I model dual-diaphragm pulse valve is simple in structure, low in resistance, good in dust collection efficiency and reliable in working stability. The controller employed IC and SCR non-contacting switch circuit, adapting the advanced constant pressure control technique , that is the jet blowing period is adjusted according to the resistance of the dust collector, the energy consumption and the consumption of wearing parts are being reduced. The HD-II model has 3 grades, each containing 15 bags, 24 bags and 35bags. The HZ-II model is combined type equipment, ranges from 2-12 filtration units, with 11 specifications altogether (having 35 bags in each unit).
