1、Indoor air cleaning equipment series
    This series of products are air-cleaning equipments specially designed for production workshop with special needs. Such as workshops and main control room for integrated circuit board, electronic component and pharmacy. Differentiate by the air-purifying methods, there are electrostatic dust collections and bag-filtration dust collections, while differentiate by the air circulation systems , there are circulation and non circulation air purifying system.

     Widely used in all workshops with dust pollution of all industrial sectors for indoor air purifying. It is the important equipment for improving workers working environment. In the gravitation casting workshop and polishing workshops in hot-water heating facility factory, this kind of system is needed. 旋风除尘器 +LDC-20H-40 型上进风式高效滤筒除尘器
工程简介：

    欧神诺陶瓷有限公司于 2006 年 8 月委托我公司设计一套抛坯生产线高压吸尘除尘系统，其特点一是吸口多（共计 19 个吸尘口）且需配置高压吸口；二是废气中含尘浓度极高，≥119g/m3 ；三是总废气量为14000 ～ 17000 m3/h 。
    我公司接受任务后，决定采用三级除尘系统：第一级为四管组合式高效旋风除尘器，首先将粗重粉尘清除，有效降低废气中粉尘浓度；第二级为 LDC-20H-40 型上进风式高效滤筒除尘器中心位置配置的两套高效尘气分离装置，该 2 两套尘气分离装置可有效将粉尘与气体分离，进一步降低废气中的粉尘浓度；第三级为 LDC-20H-40 型上进风式高效滤筒除尘器，该除尘器配置有500㎡的过滤布，其过滤风速≤0.56m/min 。
    经过4个多月的使用实践证明，我公司设计的三级除尘系统运行稳定，效果十分理想，每个班次收集的陶瓷粉尘 15 ～ 17吨，其废气排放口含尘浓度≤50mg/m3，其除尘效率≥99.99%，既解决了生产车间职业安全与卫生问题，又美化了大气环境，同时将陶瓷粉尘高效回收利用，一举三得。
